BLOCK (Decent Sampler Library)
A downloadable instrument
BLOCK is the first sampled instrument I ever created. All samples come from a self-built noisebox, which in my case is an instrument made from springs and random metal parts screwed onto a block of cork.
The purpose of this instrument is to be a creative tool that can generate a wide variety of sounds and not to just accurately capture its physical counterpart. Its sound palette ranges from metallic/cinematic hits, screeches and metallic foley to textured pads and drone layers
BLOCK suits making music with a horror, industrial or sci-fi theme. Especially the possibility to create long textured swells might be interesting for any audio project that needs to create suspenseful background ambient/drone music.

Install instructions
BLOCK is a library for Decent Sampler which has to be downloaded and installed to load the BLOCK library file. Decent Sampler can be downloaded for free here: https://www.decentsamples.com/product/decent-sampler-plugin/
